All classes are held on the second floor of the Central Park Building in Smithers. Due to limited space, all no shows and last minute cancellations will still be charged. Please cancel no later than 24hrs before your class or session so your spot can be filled by someone else. If the time you want to attend is full, please add yourself to the waitlist so I can contact you if a spot opens up.

Private sessions are an excellent way to dive deeper into your body mechanics and address specific needs and classes are a great place to build core strength and get a well-rounded, low-impact workout. Vinyasa Yoga combines dynamic/vigorous movements and breath for full-body strength and stretch. Through mindful movement, focused breathing, and a balance between effort and release, you will be guided to both challenge and take care of your body and mind. All levels welcome!

Yin Yoga utilizes gentle movement, long held stretches, and conscious breathing to release tension in the body and mind. The focus is on releasing physical effort, softening into the body, and promoting the rest and recover state of our nervous system. Excellent for stress relief and a sense of recharging your energetic batteries. Open to all levels!

Yeva is an experienced Yoga and Pilates instructor with 15 years in the industry specializing in Mat Pilates, as well as Vinyasa, Yin, and Prenatal Yoga.

Born and raised in Smithers, Yeva went on to a career as a professional dancer, performing and touring internationally. Yeva then trained extensively in NYC and Vancouver in many different yoga modalities, has led local and international retreats, and most recently completed her Pilates training with Form Body Lab in Vancouver. Yeva is an E-RYT500 with the Canadian Yoga Alliance and a certified Mat Pilates Instructor.
